Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms, salt, soy sauce, sugar, five spice powder, white pepper, teriyaki seasoning powder [(soy sauce powder (maltodextrin, salt, wheat hydrolyzed protein, hydrolyzed soybean protein), yeast extract, sucrose, cabbage extract], potassium sorbate (preservative).
