Silver & Green | Rosemary Garlic Olives (220g)

Whole Halkidiki & Kalamata olives are marinated in rapeseed oil with fresh rosemary and garlic. One of our most popular olives; perfect as an aperitif or on a cheeseboard or charcuterie platter. At Silver & Green we create all our marinated olives using the Greek olive varieties Kalamata and Halkidiki. Ever since our launch we have worked hard to get as close to the farmers as possible to ensure that our olives are produced responsibly and respectfully.

Ingredients: Whole Green Olives (51%), Whole Kalamata Olives (25%), Sunflower Oil (23%), Rosemary (1%), Garlic Powder (<1%), Salt, Ascorbic Acid.

Silver & Green came to life in 2007 when we decided the time had come to turn a passion for food and the Mediterranean in to a family business. So here we are…proud producers, importers and wholesalers of authentic Mediterranean delicacies. Once upon a time ‘We’ was just me, Dan… I had a van, some help from my dad and an obsession with food and travel in lands kissed by the sunshine and the Mediterranean sea. Then ‘We’ became me and Rachel. That was 2015… now we are a dedicated team of 14 supplying retailers and foodservice teams around the UK with the best the Med has to offer. Being a National Living Wage employer is just one part of our charter to provide an exceptional working environment for all at Silver & Green. And it’s something we are working on extending back through our supply chain to all our growers and producers.
