Miso is at the core of most dishes we serve at Momofuku. The savoury umami power of miso is the perfect pairing for Raaka’s dark chocolate. We also have a tradition of using potato chips in unexpected ways. Salty potato chips add that unique crunch and flavour to this rich dark chocolate bar. All Raaka chocolate is certified organic, certified kosher, vegan, soy free, gluten free, and non-GMO and made with ethically sourced, transparently traded unroasted cacao. Made in Brooklyn, New York.
