This flavour is inspired by our caramelized white chocolate pie, a fan favourite dessert at Momofuku Noodle Bar. We top that pie with a puffed crispy rice, and we added that exact texture to this bar. The caramelization of white chocolate makes this the ultimate sweet treat. All Raaka chocolate is certified organic, certified kosher, vegan, soy free, gluten free, and non-GMO and made with ethically sourced, transparently traded unroasted cacao.
